We became associated with Melissa through chance and good fortune. We were driving by a house we wanted to see and my wife Robin went to Realtor.com, they connected us. We were really lucky. After a couple years of searching for something to buy and worrying about coordinating the sale of our place, in a few short months we sold our country property and downsized to a house we really like. We really enjoyed working with Melissa and quickly appreciated her talents: She is pleasant and positive - even though it had to be frustrating that my wife and I disagreed on so many points. She is tireless and always found time to quickly get us in to see a home. She was on top of the market and let us know of houses as soon as they hit the market, sometime before they were on the various sites. She was ALWAYS on time. She communicated well.
